Day 3 - Icelandic nature magic

Had an amazing day visiting the Pingvellir National Park, as well as the Gullfoss waterfall and the hot spring area around Geysir and Strokkur. When we were at the hot springs a chef appeared out of nowhere with a basket of newly baked bread. He told me that it was an Icelandic speciality that they baked in the hot earth for three days, the bread is supposively delicious!

Gus Gus releaseparty

After enjoying the release of Gus Gus new video at Jacobsen in Reykjavik, the spontanious sing/dance group 'Company B' hit the dancefloor and everybody got bonkers. Here they're warming up in the sofa.

Day 1 - Reykjavik, Iceland

Finally I'm off to Iceland. I had an amazing dinner at a fishrestaurant called 'Sægreifinn' down at the harbour. I met a family from Toronto during the dinner, who were on their way to the Faroe Islands. I couldn't resist when they asked me to taste the whale... Thanks Marc for great camera work!

MR LA

This is one of the films I got from my friends after I won this trip. It's my best friend Kristopher that I went to art college with in London, years ago. He used to be a quite...normal English guy. Then he met a beautiful actress from LA, they got married and - look what happens to you when going to Hollywood. Over a night he turned into MR LA!!! I am prepared for, like, "great nails" and a totally brand new life and brand new body and... Starring Kristopher Gifford filmed by David Haley.

The Phonecall - New Long Version!

This is a clip from when I won this trip. I had lunch with my mum on the local Indian in Hornstull when I got the phonecall. The rest of that day I was walking on clouds as you can imagine. Featuring boyfriend, friend, stepdad & mum.

Indian Visa, yes mum!

So, I finally got my Indian Visa for the stop in Ladakh in the Himalayas. As you can see, I've got the possibility to stay until January 2010, so we'll see if I come back at all, or stay in a cave contemplating the mystery of life.

Anybody wondering why it got all quiet here all of a sudden? I'm preparing where to stay, what to do, who to meet, where to go, what to bring, who to interview - to make this blog all fantastic and interesting once I'm taking off...see you in Iceland in 4 days! :)
