We've got no internet mum, because it's raining.

Arrived last night to New Dehli, took a cab to the hotel in the usual deadly mad traffic with a 24 year old driver. He was really worried about that he didn't have any children with his 20 year old wife yet. When I explained that people in Sweden often get children after they're 30, he just laughed as if I was crazy.

I stayed in a really rough part of town in a place called 'Ashu Palace'...well "palace" was a bit misguiding...it was clean cheats anyway. They didn't have internet 'beacause it's heavy rain today mum'.

Now I'm at Imperial Hotel where I managed to get internet and book a night bus to Dharamsala since the train was full.

See you in the Himalaya tomorrow!

By bus in India!! That will certainly be quite an experience. I went by bus last year from Allahabad to Lucknow. The seats are tiny and the roads are bumpy. How ever, if it's not pitch dark you'll get to see a lot. One day in India is like a month at home - at least!

You're very right about that - I feel like last night lasted for...days. I arrived to Dharamsala in the sunrise, which was amazing, will write about that on the blog.

Food...I've been to India before and even if I was really careful I got sick. Dunno what to do apart from being paranoid, only eating cooked food and using acogel like a maniac. ;)

One day when I got hungry I sold the wooden house
Thad to visit uncle Gandhi who lives in Calcutta town
Uncle Gandhi is rich he's a taxidriverman
And I know that he will help me as much as he can

A taxidriverman is what I want to be
But there are no customers who want to ride with me
I don't know why it could be that I'm almost blind
But every street in Calcutta I can find

Calcutta, I am a taxidriver in
Calcutta, I drive my little taxi in
Calcutta, taxi taxi taxi in
Calcutta, I am a taxidriverman

If you eat well cooked or fried food and peeled fruits, I'm sure you will be ok!!
Drink tea - that has usually been boiled for very long. No sallads, ice cream or any other stuff that have not been cooked.

And clean your hands again and again.

Also watch up for spoons, used when you serve the food, that many people have touched (with dirty hands). Sometimes theese have a tendency to fall into the food. When I see that, then I don't eat that food - at least not in India!

Good luck!
